【OICA】2026 Registration Procedures for Current International and Overseas Chinese Students
update date:
The registration procedures for current students are as follows:
1. Pay Tuition and Fees
The ISU Information System will display the tuition and other required fees. Students may choose online credit card payment through the system or print the payment slip and make payment at a post office or any of the four convenience stores (7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, or OK). Note: The maximum payment amount at Hi-Life is NTD 40,000.
2. Registration Completion Deadline
Students who complete payment by February 11, 2026 will be considered to have completed the registration process.
3. Students Requiring Additional Registration Forms
Students who fail to complete payment by February 11, 2026, as well as international students awarded a full I-Shou University scholarship (i.e., the tuition payment slip shows NTD 0 or a negative balance), must complete the Registration Form for Current International Students and Overseas Chinese Students. Then bring the payment receipt and the Registration Form to the Office of International Affairs (1st Floor, International College Building), and then proceed to the Cashier Section and Registration Section (1st Floor, Administration Building) to confirm your registration status for the current semester.
4. Dismissal for Late Registration
Students who fail to complete the registration process by March 6, 2026 will be dismissed in accordance with University regulations.
