To encourage international students to participate in campus affairs and integrate into campus life, the Regulations for the International Student Scholarship will include service learning hours as part of the evaluation criteria, with a maximum of 60 hours counted.
Academic and administrative units that require student assistance for service learning are kindly requested to submit a Service Request Form. After review, the approved opportunities will be announced on the Service Learning section of the International Student Scholarship webpage for students to view.
Please note that for the Fall Semester scholarship, service learning hours from December of the previous year to May of the current year will be counted; and for the Spring Semester scholarship, hours from June to November of the previous year will be counted.
