I-Shou University’s Office of International & Cross-strait Affairs (OICA) caters to students of all nationalities enrolled in the university. OICA had always been motivated to provide the most comfortable experience to all our overseas students staying in R.O.C. (Taiwan).
To further connect with our student community, we partner to different student organizations on campus. Among them is the most reliable student organization, the I-Shou University International Student Union (ISUISU).

To promote international connections - 舉辦及推廣跨文化活動，增進多元文化了解
To organize social and cultural activities to promote intercultural understanding among students - 扮演各行政單位與境外學生相關事務之橋樑
To act as a liaison to support other ISU units with overseas students- related matters
