I- Buddy Program at I-Shou University is a cross-cultural and multinational exchange initiative. Through pairing each first-year international student with a senior student, the program aims to help buddies guide and assist international freshmen in adapting to university life and integrating into Taiwan's local culture. Additionally, first-year Taiwanese students can apply to be paired with senior international students, providing an opportunity to learn about foreign cultures and enhance cultural literacy. The International Buddy Program at I-Shou University aspires to foster exchanges between local and international students, broaden students' horizons, improve their English proficiency, and connect them to the global community.
