Summary of the Tuition and Fees Deferred Payment Guidelines :
A. Who can apply?
- Students currently enrolled at I-Shou University.
- New students in their first semester are not eligible to apply.
- International students may apply only if their family has experienced sudden financial difficulties.
B. What fees can be deferred?
- Tuition fees
- Other required fees
- Credit fees
⚠️ Insurance fees, unpaid balances from previous semesters, and other agency fees are not included.
C. When can I apply?
- Before the semester begins.
D. How to apply?
- Apply through the Office of International Affairs (OIA).
- Submit the Application Form for Deferred Payment of Tuition and Other Required Fees and required documents.
- Applications must be approved before installments can be arranged.

E. Installment schedule (after approval)
- Tuition and fees are paid in three equal installments:
1. Before the semester starts: 1/3 of the total amount + Insurance
2. By Week 6: 1/3 of the total amount
3. By Week 14: 1/3 of the total amount
F. If your application is not approved
- You must pay all tuition and fees within two weeks after the semester begins.
- Late payment may affect your enrollment status.
G. Important reminders
- Students with unpaid fees from any previous semesters cannot apply.
- Failure to pay approved installments on time may result in dismissal under University regulations.
- All outstanding fees must be paid before graduation, suspension, or withdrawal."
