1. 1. Study Abroad Application Form (Paper + Online Application)
2. 2. Online Application
3. 3. Exchange Student Letter of Commitment
4. 4. Chinese / English Previous Semester Transcript (Including Class Size and Ranking)
5. 5. English Transcript of Academic Records
6. 6. Any other documents that may be helpful for the evaluation

Please make sure to fill out the online application form and submit the printed documents to your Department Office.

Please submit the documents to your Department Office before the deadline which is Wednesday, September 2, 2026.Late submissions or incomplete documents will not be accepted.
